About Israel Vasquez

I am a Native Texan. I started my culinary Journey at the age of 16. I started washing dishes at a small Mexican restaurant in San Antonio. It did not take long to move from the morning prep cook to the night time line cook.

When the time came to choose a career and start setting personal goals. I considered the military. Then came to the realization that I already found something in cooking. I spent the next 10 years working and learning.

I have been very fortunate to have worked with amazing chefs and mentors. I have a passion for food and wine that is without parallel. Also, I have a servants heart. I love creating memorable events that bring people together.

Education: Dual AAS in Culinary & Pastry Arts. Austin Community College
